NEW YEARS CAMPOUT 2014

We took the red eye back from Utah and arrived back in Orlando at 8AM. Hurried home and fed the cats and horses. I was out at the barn working and bob comes out and tells me that we dont have any water. We called the well people and they said we needed a new well pump....$1200....

The next day I packed up, loaded the horse up and went camping at Fectel. Our annual New Years campout. Bob drove our new RV out for me to stay in.  After he left, I could not get any water . Gary P. said in was probably just air in the lines! Nope, I ran the water pump and ran the pump....no water. For two days I had no water. Bob came out after church; evidently there are water settings. Bob adjusted them. Magic....I had water. So after he left I noticed the floor was wet. For two days I had flooding!!! The pipes under the sink were leaking. However, I did have a wonderful time. Dollar was really good. I got to see a really nice buck with huge antlers and he just stood and watched us

 There were 12 of us riding.When we got back we had stone soup that was delicious. Its different every year. Everyone contributes
something.....



New Years eve we had a really 

nice campfire. Judi and I made
camp donuts. Wendy made
brownies but did not have the
correct ingredients; she also
made green stuff but it wasnt
refrigeratored long enuf and 
was quite soupy.  Oh, well she tries.
New Years day was not nice weather; I elected to pack up and go home.
